Change of Song Choice

We have decided to change our song choice from 'Come Die With Me' by William Control to 'True Love Will Find You In The End' by William Control.
The reasons behind our decision were;

• Using True Love Will Find You In The End will provide an interesting contrast between image and lyric. Our video will be quite 'dark' looking, so by using a more minimal and seemingly optimistic song, it will bring a new interpretation to our video.
• Come Die With Me has some quite heavy lyrics, we think that combining these with our video idea would be too overpowering and would put our video in danger of becoming too obvious / literal or cliched; both things we definitely don't want!
• True Love Will Find You fits in well with the imagery used in our video, particularly the close-up body shots.
• The shorter length of the new song allows us the opportunity to create a mix, which would included a minute long introduction. An opportunity for us to be more creative with our ideas.

As the song is quite short, we will create a mix and include an introduction. This introduction will include a section of William Control's song 'Vorspiel' and some sound effects that are appropriate to the clips shown.
